Association Tango & Me
Although the first tango steps in Split began back in 2005, the association Tango&Me was officially founded in 2023 with the goal of promoting the beauty and uniqueness of Argentine tango through organized activities and events.
The Tango i Ja Association is made up of members for whom Argentine tango has become a shared passion and commitment throughout their daily lives. The music, the way they walk, the dance, the clothes, the shoes, the endless topics at gatherings,... we want to share all of this with you.
Tango doesn't get under everyone's skin, only a small number of people are infected with this wonderful virus, but until you try it, until you give it a chance, you won't know. That's why we are here and maybe we are waiting for you.
The core idea is to continuously involve new members through regular classes, organize workshops with international and local instructors, host weekly dance evenings (milongas) in Split and surrounding areas, as well as international events.
